Parlour Panther
parlourpanthermusic.com
Parlour Panther possess an irresistible allure with their captivating chemistry, leaving a profound impact on listeners through their genuine emotional expression and exceptional vocal and guitar skills. They have graced renowned festivals such as the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, Philadelphia Folk Festival, and Vancouver Pride Festival, and have had the privilege of sharing the stage with esteemed artists like The Suffers, Royal Canoe, and Y La Bamba.
Frankie and Reidar, a trans non-binary couple, have been creating music together for 10 years - now with Saadi (returned founding member) on synth and guitar, and Jen on drums, this enchanting indie rock band is one to watch. Frankie brings their expertise in recording engineering, production, and popular song arrangements, while Reidar contributes their background as a lyricist and classically trained vocalist and choral singer.
Parlour Panther burst onto the Vancouver music scene with their debut album "Hot Magic" in 2018, showcasing their distinctive and daring sound. Their follow-up release, "Retrograde," which was recorded entirely in their home studio during the pandemic, received critical acclaim after its release on Coax Records in August 2021. The album made waves by being featured on CBC's The Early Edition and securing a spot on the !Earshot National Top 50 chart for an impressive 12 weeks. Additionally, it was recognized as one of DOMINIONATED Magazine's Top Fifty releases of 2021. Now, Parlour Panther is embarking on a new musical journey with their upcoming album BLOOM, collaborating with Jen, Saadi, Monarch and Blue Light studios, which marks a departure from their previous work.

JoJo Worthington
jojoworthington.com
Over the past decade, Worthington has emerged as a distinct presence in Canadian music. Having wandered through the lost, enchanted forest (Bandcamp) of 2016s album, \\, and sailed the seas of avant-pop odyssey, TCYK, BAPTIZED I sees this visionary songcrafter adorning her armour, grabbing her sword, and beginning a quest towards the divine.

BAPTIZED I finds Worthington making sense of her surroundings by looking inwards and going deep. Uniting Phoebe Bridgers-esque hooks with the electronics sensibilities of M83, Worthington confessionally works to find spiritual purpose, and strive towards wisdom.

Worthington has toured internationally and opened for acts such as Novo Amor, Ariana Gillis, Frightened Rabbit, and Mappe Of. Worthington has been awarded over 30              international songwriting awards (Songwriters Hall of Fame, Independent Music Awards) and has participated in the TD Creative Entrepreneur Incubator program, the Audio Recording Practicum at the Banff Centre, and SOCANs 2021s Equity X Mentorship Program.

Seeking to push emotionally potent songs to the perilous edge, JoJo Worthington is one of the most forward-thinking musicians and producers of her generation."
